Project Description:

Application for real estate office where our agents or staff can communicate with the property seller, buyers, or service vendors. Post messages, or .pdf files for bids, etc... in short, the service provider, seller, or agent could log in review information and post comments about the listing. Same application for agent, buyer and service providers such as Mortgage Company, title companies, etc. They would NOT overlap - seller information is not available to buyer as an example.

FEATURE

Password protected for each listing or sale. We would assign a member ID for each seller or buyer as well as a password exclusive to that individual. Example would be 020200 for listing id and 123456 as password for seller side and 654321 for buyer side.

System must include ability to delete files once the property is sold and closed.

10. We require Oscommerce customization for our ecommerce store to sell hammocks along with other relaxation products, online. We sell many products that are standardized in that every one is alike. We also sell some products that have considerable variation in color and design even though they are the same product. We have carved out a niche in our market by designing a method of photographing every unique item and presenting the photo to the user to select from while shopping. Since color and weave information is stored in the database one could hit a button to “see more hammocks with blue” Or “show all complex weave hammocks” .The project requires extensive oscommerce customization/implementation experience with template customization of existing CMS php templates,finalizing our custom shopping cart,Implementing Verisign payment processing,Help me put in place proper security measures to lock down sensitive information, shipping module(USPS/Fedex integration) features.
